Tour Plan

DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT SRINAGAR

Meet our representative at the airport and transfer to your hotel where a welcome drink

awaits. Settle and freshen up and stroll towards the Mughal Gardens, The Royal Spring

(Chashm-e-Shahi), Nishat Garden (The Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (abode of love)

quiet and romantic Shikara Ride for an hour. Return to your Hotel for dinner.

DAY 2: SRINAGAR TO PAHALGAM (90 Kms/Approx. 2Hrs 30 mins)

After breakfast proceed to Pahalgam, a beautiful town at the foothills of Himalayas. Check

in to the hotel in Pahalgam. Once there, visit Avantipura ruins and Mattan Temple. Hire a

pony ride to Mamaleshwara, which is only a km downstream and opposite the Lidder River

a small Shiva Temple with its square stone tank. Return to Hotel for your overnight stay.

DAY 3: PAHALGAM LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

In the morning after Breakfast go for local sightseeing. You can also visit some major

attractions Bisaran Valley, Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari located just 5 to 10

kilometers away from Pahalgam in the Anantnag district of Kashmir, is famous as a top

sightseeing destination, called mini-Switzerland because of its picturesque beauty. It’s a

hilltop green meadow dotted with dense pine forests and surrounded by snowcapped

mountains. You can reach there through pony ride. In the evening come back for overnight

stay in Hotel.

Day 4: PAHALGAM TO GULMARG (138 Kms/Approx. 4 hrs)

After breakfast proceed to Gulmarg which is just 4 hrs away. Check in to your hotel and

freshen yourself. Later proceed to local sightseeing which includes Gondola, the Asia’s

highest and longest cable car project is the main attraction. There is ample time to ride

both the stages on your own. Many try skiing on their own though coaches are available on

hire. You can use the ski-lift for skiing/snowboarding from hill tops. Gulmarg also boasts of

the highest Golf Course in the world with 18 holes. Retire for the night at the hotel.

Day 5: GULMARG TO DOODHPATHRI (54 Kms/Approx. 2 Hrs)

Start your day early from Gulmarg by around 9-10 AM. The drive to Doodhpathri takes

about 2.5 to 3 hours via Tangmarg, Magam, and Khan Sahib. The road is mostly good

but includes some narrow village roads .Arrive at Doodhpathri by around 12:30-1 PM.

The main highlight here is the vast green meadows surrounded by pine trees and

snow-capped mountains. This spot is perfect for relaxing, picnicking, and

photography .Spend 2-3 hours at Doodhpathri enjoying activities such as:

Horse riding through the meadows and along the riverside.

Trekking or hiking in the valley with trails leading to scenic viewpoints.

Fishing by the white frothy Doodhpathri river.

Relaxing by the riverbanks or having a picnic .

Visit nearby spots like Shaliganga river, which is about 2 km from the meadows. You

can either park and walk or pay a small fee to drive closer .

After enjoying the valley and its activities, start your return drive to Srinagar by late

afternoon or early evening. The return journey similarly takes 2-3 hours depending on

traffic

DAY 6: SRINAGAR TO SONMARG DAY EXCURSION (80Kms/ Approx 2.30 Hrs)

After breakfast drive to full day excursion to Sonmarg which is the most beautiful drive from

Srinagar. On the way we stop at many beautiful spots. Continue drive to Sonmarg 2690

metres (Meadow of Gold). One can ride on horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier where snow

remains round the year and Sonmarg is known as Gateway of Ladakh. Overnight return to

Srinagar stay at hotel.DAY 7 : SRINAGAR- YUSMARG DAY EXCURSION ( 50 Kms Approx / 2 Hrs )

After breakfast visit Yusmarg his idyllic meadow is ideal for a day’s picnic or a short walk

along the mighty ‘Doodh Ganga’ river, its name deriving from its milk-white foam. Picnic on

its banks or simply doze in the sun. A starting point for many peaks like ‘Trata Kutti’ and

‘Sang-safed’ – this is a trekker’s base.In the evening return to Srinagar. Overnight stay at a

hotel in Srinagar.

DAY 8: DEPARTURE

After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport for departure to next destination.
